Yes I agree, your upload site has some very strong points
and benefits (and at this time... the price is right... FREE). I wish dearly you could fix the problem of the FIREFOX browser having a problem downloading the files stored on your server. There are millions of people who do not use IE anymore and use other browsers. Thanks John McKenna, CMI (TREC #4565)

Yep, you are right, it’s free! Cannot beat that! Thanks a million for the feedback. I believe the programmers are looking into the browser situation and hopefully it will be corrected soon. Just to confirm though that while this system has a report upload function, it should not really be considered as such. It is a report and liability management system that has an up load function. It is also built in an asp.net platform which is far more stable than any other technology out there. OF course I am biased but get more excited about the functions it has for home inspectors and companies every time I review it. Of course we are planning many more functions. Good luck and again thanks. Michael |

Sounds like HomeGauge already has 99% of the stuff you're working on.

I think there may be many, many more differences but again I may be biased.
Just a few of the differences may relate to time management for example. Having the ability to upload multiple reports at once for each client, the ability to name these, whether it is a home inspection report, termite inspection report, pool inspection etc all leads to a more organized company. You only have to up load once. We have automated rating systems, post inspection agreement and much more within the various log in functions with many more to come. For multi inspectors, these companies can at last manage every report from one location through their company log in. May not seem like a big issue but when you have many inspectors issuing reports every day, making sure these are within a central location and downloaded to the companies server with one click rather than individually saves many hours of administrative staff and overhead every year. Of course it also ensure that every report makes it back to the office! As I have said this is not a report up load function. It is an automated inspection report and liability management system. Take the time to take a look for yourself. You will see the difference. Regards Michael |

Is anyone using this system, (MyInspectionReport.com), having a problem with it lately? The last few weeks I have been getting error messages when uploading a report. The error says: Sorry for the inconvenience, error while uploading, please try again later.
Any one else? |
