Actually, you do. Nick stated so earlier in this thread. At the present time I am an independent contractor, at my request. I'm trying to create some things for Nick and NACHI. I firmly believe that if NACHI has lots of benefits, regardless of where those benefits come from, then NACHI's membership will grow. Current population is 10,000. Estimated population 2008: 50,000. All will be assimilated. Resistance is futile. Okay, I digress....

Nick wanted a PowerPoint Presentation for Realtors. He's going to get four of them, one for U.S. members that they can download to their own web sites and provide individual Realtors with a link, the same thing modified for Canadian members with all their weird spellings (cheque?) and the Canada NACHI logo, one for NACHI U.S. members to use as an overhead presentation in front of a group of Realtors, with notes; and one for Canadian members to do the same. The one for U.S. members has been posted in the Members Only Area, and as soon as I finish the Canadian modification, both will be emailed to Nick to store on the NACHI site. Hopefully they will be password protected so that only NACHI members will have access to them, but I do want the world to know that they are available so that the world might eventually join NACHI to get access to them.

I have a lot of other ideas, many that have come directly from NACHI members the past month, that I hope Nick, Chris, and Dee will let me work on. One thing I know is that I need lots of things to work on concurrently. My focus fails if I try to work on just one thing for days or weeks at a time. That's why I like real estate so much: each person and each property is totally different. Nonetheless, I'll stick around until I get bored or until Nick gets bored of me. Until then, I sure do account for a lot of hits and traffic to our awesome NACHI web site and Message board, don't I? Imagine: 11 pages started by someone whining about what I do and don't do. Wow! I should start a thread titled "Boo" just to see how many posts and pages it would go....
