Margarita Cat Pie
Yields: 12 servings Ingredients: • 4 cups Chocolate ice cream, hardened • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, diluted • 1/4 cup Wild Turkey 101 • 2 Tablespoons coconut liquer • 1 6-oz high-fat graham crumb cracker crust • 1 6-oz can Friskies Ocean Whitefish and Tuna cat food Heat a glass or metal bowl in oven for 15 minutes. Add ingredients to bowl; stir well. Return to oven for 30 minutes. Spoon heated mixture into crust. Heat until top of pie is black. Do not overblacken unless you want Cajun-inspired blacked pie. Nutrition information: Ain't got no idea. Added with edit: Since I don't delete posts, I have decided to modify the recipe originally posted above so that only Members will have the original recipe once Wendy releases her NACHI Members Only cookbook.
