Below is our most recent meeting announcement - NJ NACHI began 5 years ago on 2/25 and we are celebrating that milestone at our 2/26/09 meeting - our regular meeting announcement is pasted below - and I think it shows that the 5 years has not been wasted - we look forward to many more years serving the Home Inspectors of New Jersey!
NJ NACHI 5th Anniversary Meeting in Bloomfield! Believe it or not, NJ NACHI is 5 years old on 2/25/09 and we are celebrating this momentous event on Thursday 2/26/09 at our monthly meeting in Bloomfield - we will have doorprizes and a celebratory contribution from ServePro of Freehold! Join us in Bloomfield on Thursday February 26, 2009 to hear Keith Baiker of Radiation Data discussing basement and crawlspace waterproofing.. We'll have news from our freinds at the Advisory Committee, and about numerous upcoming events as we begin to prepare for our license renewals on 5/1/09. Keith will be back at our June Bloomfield meeting for a Radon refresher course - even if you're taking it now - you get home inspection ceu credit all over again in June as our new licenses are active 5/1/09. March 10 in Medford we will ahve Trevor Sherwood of Pool Operating Management presenting information on new regulations affecting pools and other issues related to pools that Home Inspectors should be aware of. And of course everyone should sign up for the Inspector Success Seminars 3/24 in Philly and 3/25 in Clark, NJ and last but not least the NJ NACHI full day 8 hour inspector education seminar - more details for all seminars are available at www.njnachi.com Membership renewal letters have gone out to renew membership for 2009, and I've attached the letter and blank application here for anyone who did not receive theirs - and for those wishing to join for the first time. Please take a minute to review if you're a prospective member - and mail the application to the address indicated or bring to the next meeting! This is your last opportunity to take full advantage of membership for 2009 - our membership mailing goes out next week.(This is our initiative to capitalize on Triple Play and raised the exposure of our Chapter and our members with realtors across the state.) Remember - we have something new for NJ NACHI meetings. Any member bringing a new non-member guest to a NJ NACHI meeting, the guest attends the first meeting for free (a $35 value) and the member attends for 1/2 the usual fee - Such a deal!
