What goes up, must come down. It makes alot of sense considering how fast home values appreciated in the last 5 years. What does this mean for our industry? A little down turn and hopefully not much more. People are still relocating, buying bigger homes, down sizing or buying there first home. Interest rates are still comparatively low on an average of the last 40 yrs. Good inspectors will continue to get the work.
