If the worst thing about Obama was his middle name, we wouldn't have anything to worry about. That's kinda grasping at straws isn't it?
“Of liberty I would say that, in the whole plenitude of its extent, it is unobstructed action according to our will. But rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law,' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the right of an individual.” - Thomas Jefferson |

Thats because the kool-aid is stronger then some thought and the hypnotized folks with goo goo eyes simply overdosed on it! The plan by dopey is if he could get some to drink enough then you will become addicted. Seems to have worked on some on this board. Much like crack, it should be illegal. I am trying to look at the brighter side! If Dopey wins then I can pound him for four years like Bush has been pounded. May be fun, one never knows!

Fun indeed! It was a wild ride and I hope you have as much fun as I did. Although, Bush made it almost too easy and it got a little boring.

Moderate Republican Now whines about the Coming Big Government
We’re in the middle of a financial crisis, but most economists say there is a broader economic crisis still to come. The unemployment rate will shoot upward. Companies will go bankrupt. Commercial real estate values will decline. Credit card defaults will rise. The nonprofit sector will be hammered. By the time the recession is in full force, Democrats will probably be running the government. Barack Obama will probably be in the White House. Democrats will have a comfortable majority in the House and will control between 56 and 60 seats in the Senate. The party will inherit big deficits. David Leonhardt, my colleague at The Times, estimates that the deficit will sit at around $750 billion next year, or five percent of G.D.P. Democrats had promised to pay for new spending with compensatory cuts, but the economic crisis will dissolve pay-as-you-go vows. New federal spending will come in four streams. Actually, I think it is the Liberal that the Moderates nominated that is dealing the death blow.
