Obama is a U.S. Citizen, he just isn't a natural born one. To be natural born either both your parents have to be U.S. citizens (like McCain's)... OR... 1 parent has to be a U.S. citizen for at least 10 years, 5 of them while the parent was over the age of 16. Obama's dad doesn't count as he was never a U.S. citizen. And although Obama's mom was a citizen for more than 10 years (she was born a citizen), 5 of them were not after the age of 16 when Obama was born. She was only 17 when she had Obama... 4 years too early for him to be considered "natural born."

The offspring of a child (Obama's mother, age 17) and a non-citizen (Obama's father, an African) does not a "natural born" citizen make.

The distinction between citizen and natural born citizen is to assure the candidate isn't just a mere citizen. Natural born is a higher standard. Obama is the result of child rape by a non citizen.

Once again Nick, this is for people born outside of the United States. Since he was born in Hawaii, these items you keep quoting ad nauseum do not apply.

Both of his parents could have been non-citizens and the fact that he was born in the State of Hawaii makes him a natural born citizen.

If two illegal immigrants from China, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Canada, or any other nation, have a child physically born within the borders of any state in the United States, that child is a natural born citizen.

I suggest you contact a constitutional or immigration lawyer Nick. The fact they are born on US soil is the factor that makes them a natural born citizen.

All the other gobblygook that you keep posting about age or nationalities of parents is moot once the birth takes place on US soil.
