I just got a call from a Lady who spoke with broken english (german accent) and she wanted me to inspect a house, so I gave her a price.

Then she asked if she could have a discount because she did not need the microwave inspected. I said no, we charge one price.

She then told me she wanted me to drive across town to her other house and inspect only the microwave there, since my price for the first house includes inspecting the microwave (but she did not need it inspected).

I busted up laughing so hard, I almost did not finish the phone call. I think she got offended because she could hear me laughing. I really blew it... ROFL I was drinking water at the time and almost sprayed my lap top computer.
