Online agreement - optional clause added

We just added an optional clause to the online agreement system to reflect the agreement at http://www.nachi.org/closing2007.htm

Visit http://www.nachi.org/agreement to add this clause to your online agreement. Keep in mind that the clause contradicts paragraph 9 (stating that the inspection must be paid for at the time of the inspection), so if you turn on this optional clause, turn off paragraph 9. As always, we recommend you talk to your lawyer before modifying your inspection agreement.
