http://money.cnn.com/2009/08/20/real...ion=2009082012

I misquoted- it is 22.8%

What percentage are owner occupied? That's the problem in the "sand" states.

Small local paper one county over from me, now has over sixty pages of foreclosures and no signs of slowing!

Sales are up, unfortunately so are foreclosures.

Judging by my inspection volume about 65% of homes sold in Brevard county Fl are bank owned. No wonder why, the banks are happy to get 50% back. They would be better off and so would the rest of us to put small investments and a little time in and not take the low offers.
