Im interested. Did I read somewhere you have a house for mock inspections? How about group training courses. Full home inspection, Insurance, ect? I could bring like 10 people or so, who would pay. Ill do a mock wind mit. When can we come Russ?

PAY? I will have NONE of that. I want to HELP people, not profit from them. I will do what I have to do free and even if it costs me a few bucks.

The house will be on Sanibel, it has gulf front private beach access where the inspector can inspect and the wife/family can sit on the beach. Its a wood frame $4,000,000 property and about 4000 SQ feet. I am looking at March or April.

If there is money to be paid, maybe it can go to the legislative fund. They can donate any amount they want to help Greg Bell and his mission.

Never said anyone was greedy, I was actually thinking you were just being kind and I appreciate it. Lets get a war chest set up to represent our needs and wants in Tallahassee. Then we can worry about other things is my opinion. What do ya think?

Russ - I am thinking it would be good to decide who your group of "mentors" are. I am sure you will have volunteers... but obviously they would need to be checked out. Then if we have a place where their names can be posted so when Inter-Nachi members need advice/guidance/mentoring ... they know where to go....

Michelle - First and foremost I am going through the names of volunteers and checking their websites. I want each of US to go through the process. Meaning read each others reports, make comments, and then critique without being offensive.

So it will take some time to get this going, but I want to go through it myself. I feel I cannot understand the process unless I go though it.
