So, that's what you were doing yesterday!
The center, coupled with any arrangements you may might make of being able to "tour" an actual commercial building, will be a great visual and hands-on learning tool.

Another great resource to tap on this is Joe Smith, Idaho NACHI VP - he retired out of the USAF doing mega-HVAC!
