Newcomers to Utah Surprised with Give-a-ways

In mid-July Eric and Briget Eastep and their six month old baby arrived homeless in Cedar City, Utah. A rented moving truck and the couple’s car, which had to be patched together twice on the trip and didn’t have air conditioning, carried them and their belongings from Michigan to Eric’s new job fighting fires in southwest Utah. Their first order of business was to find a home. After locating a suitable property, they called Pillar to Post Professional Home Inspection to conduct an inspection of the property.

Frank and Natalie Ross (the Pillar to Post Team) met Mr. Eastep and his Realtor® Steve Nelson of ERA Realty Center at the Cedar City duplex last Wednesday afternoon. The occasion turned festive as Frank announced that the day’s inspection was the 1000th for the Southwest Utah firm. He then drew both client and Realtor® into the celebration by presenting Eric with certificates or tickets to dinner, ice cream, mini-golf, a movie and a concert. “This is great,” beamed Eric, “This will give us a chance to get to know the area.”

Then it was down to the business of the inspection. Of the experience, Mr. Eastep commented, “Frank gave me what I expected and much more… a thorough inspection and a printout of the results.
