Visual appeal and Ease of Reading:

A change from usiung the 1. 2. 3. ... to a 1) 2) 3) bullets or a #1 #2 #3 is easier and less confusing reading, IMO.
The " R308.4: The Following ... " sentence and the
" Exception: The following products ... " sentence should be undented from the thier following bulleted items.
Several other problems with tabbed, indented, and misaligned text.
Perhaps using a word processor before publishing to a web page would solve the alignment issues on this and in the future. It appears as if it were created using only basic tabbing such as in NOTEPAD and not intelligent tabbing like WORD uses.
You still using that Apple Nick?
