In a Power Point Presentation there is a space for "speakers notes" under the slides. Does anyone know of a way to see those notes on my computer screen without showing them on the projector screen?

Hi Bill,
You can't do that unless you set up 2 monitors (one can be the projector if your graphics card will support it) for your system. One will show the projector images & the other will show the notes and/or allow you to edit you presentation. Here is a link explaining it: http://www.onppt.com/ppt/article1026.html Hope this helps...... Last edited by cwhite2; 1/23/07 at 10:11 AM.. |

Great response Carol - thanks! That wasn't the answer I was hoping for, but I now know what I have to do (LOL). Much appreciated -
