Question pre-inspection agreement
i am aware of the the pre-inspection agreements that are available for a routine home inspection. i was curious if there is one that is used exclusively for a infrared thermal imaging inspection. any help would be appreciated as i have recently purchased a camera.

I know what you are looking for is a quick answer, but I think that you might want to run this by your lawyer (or an attorney familiar with the inspection industry, or real estate law).

All jusrisdictions are different, and with such a specialized piece of equipment, I would think that you would want to be pretty sure your agreement protects you as fully as possible.
