Default Property Tax Value Assessment
For those of you who have purchased real estate in the last two to three years, here's some information which may help you in a property tax adjustment. I was just granted a $105K value assessment reduction on one of my rental properties. It does not apply to my 07' taxes but will help for future years. I'm in California, but I'm sure you all have similar programs in your areas.
