Default Question Wildblue

I am upgrading my internet service next week from the old dial up to Wildblue satellite with ATT as DSL is not available in my area. Direct TV also offers Wildblue but their service is poor so I opted to go with ATT.

Does anyone out there have any dealings with this service good or bad.

I have direct TV and I loose my signal in heavy rain storms and am curious if this will also happen with the wildblue satelite.

Thanks in advance

Default Re: Question Wildblue

I don't have any personal experience but this is one of the complaints about satellite intenet. In bad weather, your net access probably will drop out before your TV.
