If the number isn't blocked, it gets added to my blocked calls list. I blocked the Google sales pitch number yesterday and they blocked their number today when they called.

Also I usually do not take the time to answer block calls either.

I say "can you please phone back when no-one is here" and because they listen to you so intently, they generally say "OK" and put the phone down.

Works nearly every time.
