It appears that Raymond Wand and some sensitive materials have been removed.

One of our members has hired an attorney in Ray's neighborhood and is filing a suit against him. We'll probably have to testify as our IT dept can pretty much trace every post back to an actual person. One of course can't just post anything one wants (even if this message board permits it) and expect not to get sued by someone else if harm has been caused. Anyway, I was hoping a clean slate for Ray would provide him a second chance and mitigate his civil damages. We've done all we can do for him now.

I strongly urge everyone not to respond to his posts as it is now a legal matter... and as always, anywhere on this message board, members should try to keep their dignity.

It's about damn time. There is just too much garbage on this MB due to attitudes that need some major adjustments.

That is all well and good, but iNACHI is much, much more than this bb where people come to learn and fight.

Oh, and my kids do read this bb. They are learning that people will type just about anything when they feel anonymous in their little office, but seldom act that way on the phone or in person. Having met many of the posters here, I can assure you that they speak and act much differently in person and on the phone!
