That being said ...... the title that I am most proud of is "Man"!

I know that you do not pay attention to every little thing that I do but you might have noticed that when I am verbally attacked on this message board I will let my detractors get in 2, 3, 4, up to six "free shots" before I even respond!


In all fairness I will also point out that I am not unique in this situation as I have seen you enter into verbal disputes and arguments with other members.Yet you do not see me chastising him for doing so!

The point is that we're all "human" and have the capacity to make mistakes.

That being said, we also have the ability to learn from our mistakes!

Perhaps you can see now what some of us have seen already.
My eyes have been open for a long, long time!
Once again, I realize that you do not pay attention to every little thing that I do but I have stayed off of this bulletin board for days and weeks at a time.

Why have I stayed off?

Because sometimes you cannot even say "Good Morning" without someone saying something sarcastic like "who the F-ck are you? The weatherman?"

This is just a "cute" example of some of the garbage that we put up with. Then you have the malicious and slanderous attacks that occur on an almost daily basis.

We have nonmembers attempting to discredit NACHI as a national Association, cursing our members individually and as a whole.

• Lately they have posted outright malicious lies about some of our members and sent these extremely vicious lies to other bulletin boards and "outside agencies" that could have a direct bearing on how our members can or cannot earn a living!
• This is reprehensible and yet NACHI is doing nothing to protect its members!

PLUS ..... their filthy, vile, and despicable rantings are allowed to remain on this bulletin board for the entire Real Estate and Home Inspectors industry to see!

• The question is why!

Why is this being allowed to happen in the first place, and why is it being allowed to remain on this bulletin board! The message board rules are in place, why are they not be an enforced!!

No other professional home inspectors and bulletin board would put up with this garbage!

ASHI will not! TIJ will not! And even the "Little tiny Association" called NAHI will not put up with this shi`t!!

NACHI is supposed to be the "Best" association on the planet!

At many of my chapter meetings this bulletin board is discussed and the majority or in agreement that it is a place to stay away from and not to be "professionally associated with"!

Most members are ashamed, and I repeat ashamed of this bulletin board!
I for one would never send any of my potential clients, or any real estate agent/broker to this bulletin board!

Follow the rules that the OWNER has posted and all will be fine
That it seems to be the entire topic of conversation!

It is quite obvious that "the system is broken" and that the nonmembers are not, and I repeat not following the rules!

Yet they are posting at will and to make matters worse the new "rule" encourages / forces members to engage them in an "open forum" or the nonmembers can't cuss you out at will! If they do so what is the penalty to them?

If we retaliate what is the penalty to us? We can lose our membership!

In my opinion Non-Members should be restricted to one thread, and that's the ASKNACHI thread.

But it's not only the non-members that create havoc here, there are a few select members that are literally leaving a huge damn mess and make the entire organization look like a bunch of monkeys. These folks should be dealt with, but never will.

We only added a reminder (at the bottom) that the restrictions of the MISC forum are not to be used to taunt non-members who have no technical way of responding in the MISC forum. This MISC forum is reserved as a safe haven, non-members can't post on this forum, and members should refrain from hiding behind the MISC forum restrictions so as to take pot shots at non-members who can't technically respond.
