Subject: NACHI link exchange with a fradulent company

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to advise you that your organization has a banner advertisement/link exchange with a known fraudulent company.

Your NACHI link appears on the website http://www.foreclosurebankinspector.com

The website and company is known in the insurance and mortgage field services industry as a ‘scammer’ and fraudulent business. This company preys on unknowing individuals who are not familiar with this industry. The company misleads individuals into believing they will become a contractor or subcontractor for their company after they pay $89.00 for a ‘kit’. The company also misleads individuals into believing they can earn $250.00 for performing a simple bank foreclosure inspection that generally does not take more than 10 minutes to perform.

Once a ‘kit’ is sent, the company then requires the individuals to become a member of another association, at the rate of $12.00 per month.

As a licensed home inspector in the state of Texas, and having a local NACHI chapter in my area that I know members of, I was shocked to see NACHI associated with this website.

Sincerely,

Jacob Guerrero

Hello, I 'm the owner of www.foreclosurebankinspector.com, and what you have posted is incorrect, go to our website and see for yourself. We do not charge applicant's $89.00 for a foreclosure kit. Our business is simple, we do walk thru damage check list inspections that requires no State license or certification. We have now over 6000 people around the country that does this for our company, we show them how to get the inspections, how to advertise and how to purchase these foreclosed properties. Applicant's may join our company without paying the $89.00 if they go and get their own State and National background checks and drivers checks done, see website. There is no $12.00 a month fee for anything, our mission is to show and have people our here doing foreclosure inspections that are easily done and needed, we are just the first large company to do so. We also have all our company information on file with the Michigan and Florida State Attorney Generals, we plan on going after anyone out there "Defaming" our company.

Subject: lawsuit

I plan on filing a $20,000,000.00 million dollar lawsuit against anyone "Defaming" our company, I think you should have called or e-mailed us the complaint someone has instead of posting something that is totally un -true. I will bring in all information from the State Attorney General's office in Michigan and Florida also other area's Attorney Generals who have our company information and has given us the "way to help people put themselves to work" thumps up for these foreclosure inspections. I feel defamed that you would put that information on your message board without checking, Jacob Guerrero statements are far from the truth, we do not charge applicants $89.00 for a foreclosure kit. The $89.00 is for their criminal background and drivers checks and that is if they decide to go through the company that we use, they do not have to pay the $89.00 and just get their own checks done, then we send them the foreclosure kit, FREE. There also is no $12.00 fee, see our website @ www.foreclosurebankinspector.com, all what I have just said is true, this would make you liable for "Defamation". We stand by what our company advertises and who we contract and subcontract, so does all State Attorney Generals that we are associated with.

I see, the only way to get around the $89 fee for a background check
is to have an attorney do it for you. Do attorneys charge more
for background checks and filling out all the required forms?

If they do, then I guess most people will send Mr Honest the money.

I have a $20 million dollar dog he can have if he does not like my post.

His web site states:

http://www.foreclosurebankinspector.com/faq.htm

The # 1 question most applicants ask: Why do we have to pay $89.00 for the criminal, reference, and drivers check?

Our company used to pay for all applicants' criminal and other background checks, but we stopped due to numerous applicants being untruthful about their criminal history. When something blatant showed up on their report and therefore caused them to be disqualified, it cost our company money for unnecessary background checks. We then allowed applicants to supply their own background checks, but as of April 21, 2006 we stopped because applicants brought in false or fraudulent criminal reports just to get hired. We would only find out when a claim was made by an Attorney (who pulled their true criminal report) who could sue our company when they discovered that an applicant's background report had been tampered with. To protect our company, everyone who applies must go through the company that we approved, with a cost to you of $89.00 OR You may now submit your own completed by an Attorney.

I would like to respond to the following statement by Mr. Vincent....

"Our business is simple, we do walk thru damage check list inspections that requires no State license or certification."

As the Chairman of the Compliance Review Committee of the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors I question the validity of that statement. Under our law if an individual is being paid a fee to report on the condition of residential property they need to be licensed by the Board.

Now the final determination of whether or not they are required to be licensed will be a Board determination but it sure sounds like there would be a good chance they may be required to be licensed. Mr. Vincent really should verify what State Laws require before making such a statement...

Hello, thanks again, I feel your member was totally incorrect that is why I e-mailed my company website for review so you could see he was absolutely telling lies. I have built something no one was doing, we started out in 1982 doing what you do "Home" inspections. We got tired of dealing with real estate agents , them always complaining, the business being a April to August business and of course the expense of E & O Insurance. These are walk thru damage check list inspections, no State license , no certification required.
We now have over 6000 total inspectors nationwide also showing them how to make money doing these walk thru check list damage inspections. We have built a great business with a lot of State Attorney Generals having our company information and backing what we do, I will not stand for a low moral person to try and bring us down, I plan to file a $20,000,000.00 million dollar lawsuit to bring him down first but he is afraid to call us back to give us his address so we can have our lawyers serve him and bring him to court for "Defamation". I believe if he truly thought we were a "scam", he would call us back with his address so he could be served and he could try to prove it in court, I wish to say thanks again.
