Default Reserve Studies: anyone doing them?

Is anyone out there doing reserve studies for Common Interest Dvelopments or HOA's?

Brian...try http://www.regenesis.net/ReserveStudyService.htm and poke around that site to understand what a reserve study entails. Not anything I'd want to get involved in.

Seems to be a bit beyond the SoP, no?

Best left to someone with a financial background IMO.

Good to advise the client to check if one has been done.

Looks to me to be about coordination and delegation rather than inspection, but should not be difficult if you have a team.
