I agree with Alan Keyes.
“The things that will destroy America are peace at any price, prosperity at any cost, safety first instead of duty first, the love of soft living, and the get-rich-quick theory of life.” Theodore Roosevelt Joe Funderburk, CMI Alpha & Omega Home Inspections, LLC Inspecting Upstate SC & Charlotte Metro, NC NACHI ID: NACHI05120170 www.aohomeinspection.com |

I also agree with Alan Keyes!
His statements..... QUOTE: Where did the THREE TRILLION come from …. Are we Mad? ….. Are we Mad??? It’s as if we have put insane children and adolescents in charge of OUR Government! …… These are valid questions and the answers are only too clear! END QUOTE: We all saw the FALL of the former “Soviet Republic”!.... Now we are seeing the FALL of the United States of America! Obama has taken a “bad situation” and only made it worse! His opening the borders and welcoming the ALREADY-IN-PLACE 12-PLUS million illegally immigrants is only pouring more gas on a smoldering and volatile situation! His “Three Trillion” dollar “print more money, print more money” answer is the match that will set this country on fire! The GOP is getting more extremist by the day, instead of reverting to their conservative roots at a time in which we desperately need that. Absolutely disgusting. Thanks a lot, sheep.

What does the official leader of the Republican party say about this.
You know "Rush" something or other. Gosh and they used to say Dems were the nut jobs. |

They still are Bob.
I made no comment about Mr. Keynes only Nick's broad brush approach to criticism of the Republican party. He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors - Thomas Jefferson - Founding Father |

It is truly pathetic, that you people still stand with obama after seeing what he is doing to this country, I keep saying to myself that you guys are sure going to eat a lot of humble pie, when you realize how wrong you are, but on second thought, your ego's will never allow it to happen. I understand Keyes comment now about the childish part! It is no wonder he got elected.

Ditto, he is right on the money, if any of these doubters would just buy obama's books, they may discover his Communist roots and way of thinking. He has openly admitted to wealth redistribution, and they still don't believe it! Amazing!!! He is a radical communist and his goal is to take america apart!!!

Our little nation has grown through a series of internal revolutions that have put certain groups at odds with others and...because of the genius of those who wrote it...our constitution remains intact and relevant.
Originally, only white men who owned land could cast a vote. They swore that the country would be ruined and lost should those with nothing at stake...the renter, the sharecropper, or even worse...the woman...should ever be allowed to vote. The "rush Limbaughs" of their day predicted doom and gloom should these conservative values ever give way to the radical, leftist liberals who wanted to change it. Then...there was the issue of the conservative American businessman who feared that the bleeding heart liberals would come into power and remove from him his own personal property that his very livelihood hinged upon. Would the federal government ever grow in power to the degree that my own property could be removed from me without my will? This was the question that plantation owners throughout the southern states asked themselves the day the news of Lincoln's election to President reached their towns. Surely, the previous rulings of the Supreme Court would be upheld and my property would remain my property, they hoped....as the "Rush Limbaughs" of their day preached the doom and gloom of the bleeding heart liberal abolitionist movement that threatened to change our very nation from the traditions of its founders. When the "Rush Limbaughs" of the Fifties and Sixties argued against drinking from the same water fountain as black people and the loss of social status that was being gradually removed from the White Race by a liberal federal government....they were no less wrong than they were before...and since. Life goes on, for some of us. Get over it and move on. Nothing you will ever publish on this message board will affect what President Obama does or does not do. James H. James, that has to be the weakest defense of Obama's actions you have made to date.
(if that's what it was) BTW-your argument that republicans/conservatives are racist is getting very old, not to mention wrong. Is that all you got? He who knows nothing is closer to the truth than he whose mind is filled with falsehoods and errors - Thomas Jefferson - Founding Father |

Yes indeed, a fine job of expanding the nations debt faster than any other president.

Keyes has some good things to say, but he is not credible. He ran for office may times and has not been abe to get elected once.
Third parties are a joke. You can be totally right, but is you cannot convince enough people to get elected, then you are not running on all cylinders. Ron Paul, although I disagree with him on many things (and also agree with him on some things) at least ran as a major party candidate. You have to get elected, first. Work with the system and change it. Reagan did so and look at what he accomplished. Same thing with Lincoln, Jackson and others. America is a two part country. This works well because it assures that, most times, the elected official has a majority, rather than just a plurality. Just my opinion.
