Lightbulb septic tanks

Does anyone know of any actual coarse or study for septic tank and drain field inspections?

Hello William,

You need a MAster Septic Tank Contractors license to inspect septic tanks in Florida.

Never offer any opinion on the septic system.

I hate this new BB. I just spent a lot of time explaining how I do septic inspections. When I went to post, I had to sign in again. Lost everything

What Greg said. We acknowledge they have either septic or public sewer and that is about as in depth we get in FL. You need a Master's Poop license or county health dept to do any kind of septic inspection. If its buried I can not see it so it is off the table.

Here is some boilerplate.

Quote:
Septic systems are outside the scope of a home inspection current code requires that once a tank is located it must be pumped to perform a proper inspection. We would suggest that this be performed by a licensed septic company prior to occupying the premise.
