AMAZING........so I can't promote something I hear about weekly in a BNI meeting and he is a friend....so I can't promote it.....I dont GET JACK from it....I have nothing to do with the company......and in fact i dont even have an account with them...because I cant....I still have Dial UP........

I can't get broadband at my office right now............I promote it because I sit every Wednesday in a meeting at BNI and hear the man talk and he has a passion for what he does.........

Now a certain 'MEMBER" is going to accuse ME of having an interest in something.......lol..man I dont get a thing...but now I am thinking I should.....


Oh well.....some things NEVER change...

I think if you go back and really read the original post & question you will see that no one is accusing you of any lies and no one is starting any rumors, just simply asking the question. Like I said in my post I fully support your right to talk this business up and I also fully suspected it was a BNI or similar organization thing. Nothing wrong with that at all, no one's accusing you of anything. Do you see why there could be some questions asked though? Just telling me it's a BNI thing is all I really need or want to know. Again, I tried to take advantage of the Servare offer only to get the error message.

BTW, I'm not a pinhead, a fathead maybe, but not a pinhead.

Not you....the Mckenna...fella.......anyway.......again I have nothing to do with it....and BNI is a GREAT organization..it is all about TRUST....Our wednesday group is STRONG and they make efforts to help each other....

The reason I asked was that you quoted and responded to my post so I thought that was directed at me. Anyway....
I was a BNI member last year for about 3 months and liked the meetings. I dropped out mainly because of two things. One, I didn't feel like I was able to bring to the other members the referrals that I wanted to be able to. And two, my business was taking off for other reasons and I didn't feel the need to devote the time to BNI. I know a lot of folks swear by them and I think that's great, they are a really good organization.

It has nothing to do with BNI...I bought that up...Not Mr. Vondrak...he just happens to be in my BNI group.......has nothing at all to do with Servare and BNI.....

Mr. Vondrak is a stand up guy, I have NOTHING...again...NOTHING to do with Servare and if you can PROVE that I do ( all you perry mason guys) I will pay you $ 1,000,000.00 in cash...all you have to do is call their company and ask if they know me.......they have no CLUE who I am...other than my friend who works for them......thats it....

Also......I know more about the NEED for the online backup system which I WISH i had....but you need broadband to do it...and I just dont have it right now...but when I do...he will get my business because I have looked at their service....and it is a good deal......

Now the free one...I dont know about it as much....but anything FREE can't be that bad..as I said..if spam was the issue....use a Hotmail site for that......and just never check the e-mail for gosh sakes....

BUT the online backup that Servare is offering to the members who NEED it....is a GREAT deal.......

I dont get alot from BNI, I do it mainly because of the people envolved. We really do have some NICE people in our group...sure their are politics in any group and their are the inner circles that get more than others...but in the end I go because I like the people.....

Do I need the business...well thats a catch 22 thing.....I can always use the extra business and the possible contacts that people in the KNOW can make for a company...remember I have multiple companies here so I find a way to promote them all....BNI is good for that even if I joined for a specific profession...which BTW was my Electrical Contracting Business.....which is actually about to GROW out of control and KILL my inspection business because I can't cloan myself and good help is so HARD to find.

BNI is what you make it......it can take a year or more to get to the point people refer you.....take Mr. Vondrak.....he has been trying to get me to his house for months......and just run around and I am trying to get to his house to do some work......just so much going on.....and he understands that.....its not just business in BNI...even if thats the premise.....BNI means alot more than that......

BUT...alas....I think we have Hijacked Mr. Vondraks thread.........sorry Dennis

Actually...if you had NO need for the service or a need to comment then it is "PINHEADS" like yourself...one level ABOVE "PinWorms" that cause trouble and issues and spread rumors that dont need to be done.

We made NO effort to hide the fact my profile says 'Harrisonburg" as does Mr. Vondraks.......

Anyway...seems to me you need to gain a hobby...or maybe join the "STAR" or "ENQUIRER" as truth is not something maybe you are interested in?
