Me: "Wait up here a minute. Even if that were so, I am not going to be your only client. I'm not going to pay you guys $500,000 a year so five of you can have a $100,000 salary. So, in order to make payroll your company is going to have to promise more...and more. More than can ever be on the first page of Google.

And in order to support everyone you have to lie to someone--and it ain't gonna be me. Goodbye, Jack."









Besides, if I paid them $500,000 a year I'd be broke in 20 years.

So why am I worried, I probably won't live that long anyway.

The last one I had kept me on the phone for over 15 minutes. He said he had looked and was on my Website and could guarantee me on goggle first page.
After I finally found out what it costs, I told him why should I pay him that kind of money when I am already on the first page. He did not know what to say. I said thank you I don't have a job right now and can't afford it anyways.

I just ask if they have a current copy of the Federal "do-not-call" list. The stammer, than I ask them for the exact name and address of the company (most are just boiler room call centers). They stammer further, then I ask to speak to their supervisor.

If they say they have an exclusive guarantee with Google, tell them you'd like their business name and address so you can report them to Google for false advertising as no one has that guarantee (for obvious reasons). At least most of you can say 'I'm already on the first page '
