I have used many different ones, two for long periods. I recently purchased InspectIt Report Plus w/ the Pocket PC version-----it's awesome. And, they have free online courses for basic or advanced users---and it is very reasonably priced. www.ahit.com under reports & software

Of course, IMHO.

"In my opinion" it really doesn't matter what inspectors use,as long as they like it,and makes a good report for client. That's what I was trying to tell Jeff.
You like this system,I like something else, and so on.We have our own opinion as to what is good for us,and what is not.

We just can't say this is the best reporting software, especially after Nick posted a long list of software companies. We can however say it's the best for me.

They keep pushing back the release date (working the bugs out), but from what I hear, "it's the best!"

Mario - as I stated, I've sampled (and beta tested) many different software packages. Most of which, are very popular among North American Home Inspectors, and a few that never made it to market.

Inspectvue is great "right out of the box," and can be customized to do just about anything. The only other software comparable, is Homegauge.

Is this my "opinion"? Of course it is. It is also my "experience." Both of which, I share freely

It might be on Nicks vendor list, with a discount for NACHI members. It think there's a demo version as well.

BTW - my endorsement is free as well. I receive no compensation from PV or Inspectvue. Just in case you were wondering.
