If we return well wishes repeatedly it could go on forever, kinda like the reflection between two mirrors. That would tend only to add to the unneeded clutter on this board.

Yes...Through rain and sleet and...tomorrow and Friday's inspections ought to be fun...rain turning to snow...They're calling for 24" in the western UP.

I just put on my rain gear and hand the umbrella to my client and go.

Yea I heard you were gonna get snow that way. glad I'm in the "rain zone" careful on them slippery roofs, old guys like you break to easy
