We had the stone design (Avacado green) or similar material in our '62 kitchen/dining.

Ours was foam backed for noise and comfort, as I recall the sales guy telling my mom.

The 5 second rule was alive and well, made me the man I am today.

BTW does anyone rember "Naugahide" I always wondered when the last Nauga was killed for its leather
