The telephone number

About a month back someone posted a phone number that you call when you want to gets someones voice mail. Meaning when you call this number, you then enter the persons number and it automatically goes to their voice mail without ever ringing their phone. My phone went down and I lost the number and after 30 minutes of looking, I figured this would be easiest way to get the number...........thanks in advance.
