Oak wood stairs with wood risers. Stairs seem to have even riser and treads. Proper handrail was observed during the inspection. No recommendations needed for this area.

How do you like those stairs? I pulled up the old carpet and installed new oak treads and risers. It was a tough job to do!
Looks very nice, good job. Thought about doing that myself but the dog flys down the stairs and would hit the door at the bottom. Hmm maybe it might slow her down a bit.
