Default Thank-You Dr. Swift
Recently NHITI adopted the Standards of Practice prepared by NACHI's Dr. Keith Swift and made them available for use to all in the Home Inspection Industry.

NHITI would like to thank, Dr. Keith Swift for his expertise and devotion to the home inspection industry.

Dr. Swift's years of research and collaboration with legislative, legal and insurance professionals assures inspectors of an Industry Standards of Practice that is not only educational and subperb guidance for the Home Inspector, but is also considerate of the consumer and legal processes if needed. Dr. Swift's generosity in assembling these standards and donating them to NHITI for publication will never be forgotten and will forever hold a special place.
