Had a conversation with Nick a while back about pricing in rural areas his basic statement boiled down too (Makes no difference) Well It appears that Nick was right and I was wrong Shucks Raised my basic price 6-1-07 and performed $2125.00 in the first 6 working days of June. Now I feel like I'm being paid for what an inspection should be worth

I have alway had a burr under my saddle when thinking that appraiser charge more for their service and do less than I do. Time will tell if my inspections decrease in number. Thanks again Nick some times I'm a slow learner.
