Thanks, Ron.

Can anyone tell me how important the underlined things are for an HI's use?

Getting the BCAM SD has been the best decision since I started my business almost five years ago.

Perfect example: Today I recieved a call from a guy looking for a home inspection. He told me up front that his Realtor gave him an Inspector to call, but wanted to look around for himself before going with the agents referral.

He told me that I was the first Inspector he called because he saw my ITI website and liked the technology. He booked his inspection, which included the Premium ITI survey at 249.00 (ITI electrical, moisture, and energy Surveys).

Like others have said, I bring the camera to every inspection, but choose not to use it unless the client purchases the additional services. I have had a lot of clients want to add either one or all three of the ITI surveys I offer at the beginning of the inspection, because I give everyone a brief demo.

It works! All just need to see the camera in action, and they are sold!!

Today, I found a water leak pooling water above a ceiling.

Client was very happy with me, and choosing an HI with a bcam.

When I pulled out the camera, I got a "wow" look.

Beat the "WTF" look when I pulled out the dowsing rod.

No problem Will, permission granted. I can email you a few more as well.

I feel really bad for this guy...4 year old house...and here I come and show him he has water intrusion all the way to center of the home. He now has a great contractor working on it.

and yes it was expensive but I am doing more than just using it for home inspections. I am actually working with other inspectors in my area doing infrared consulting and I am sure they would confirm the quality of the photos is appreciated by their customers.
