Around here its called dinner.

Tons of them in the Forest Preserves and anyone trying to harm them would have second thoughts.

Constantly chasing those damn things out of our yard. Couple of weeks ago, I found one dead on our frozen pond. Coyotes had a blast with it the night prior. Although during the fall, they're nice to have around to clean up all the apples that have fallen to the ground.

Some people don't realize if they didn't have a hunting season to control the herd that we would literally be over taken by them and a lot of crops could be destroyed and auto-deer accidents would be overwhelming.
