I got mine the other day. Looked over it pretty good and really liked the new edition so much I put in an order for 50 of them to see how well the are liked by my clients. I thought it was pretty well written for the most part and had a lot of the information that I wanted to put into my own manual for my clients. Now that saves me all the trouble of writing it all out and sending it to the printer. All I have to do is include whatever information I wanted to add in a couple of sheets added to the back of the book in my binders.

Dear Nick,

I am having trouble locating home inspection forms on the NACHI website. My business is starting from scratch and I would like a very usable form for home inspections that I can print and then complete on the job or at the office. I can use either Microsoft Word or Adobe as soon as my copy of Adobe Acrobat arrives. Home inspection soft ware is also an issue and I would like your reccomendation for a good and economical program.
