Reading comprehension is on the top of the list to understand, especially being a Home Inspector, I agree Mario, it's freaking insane.

At least take a course in reading comprehension, at the very least, it amazes me, but what can you do...I hope their not out inspecting homes, just here learning I hope, which is probably the situation...!!

One of the most important aspects of being a Home Inspector is the ability to observe, gather information/data from your observation and take the appropriate action based on your visual observation!

One of the worst things that you can do is to be impatient and "jump the gun" without having fully assessed the situation!

What we have seen on this thread is a clear demonstration that many of our "newbies" are either;
1. Impatient.
2. Have a read and "observed" but ...... did not have the ability to absorb/comprehend the information that was presented to them.
3. Or hopefully ........ they also have a "sense of humor" and had joined in the fun!

Anyway ...... this thread has been a lot of fun and I have actually had tears of laughter running down my face as I have read some of the absolutely hysterical comments!

I have found that the majority of the threads on this message board are "Members Helping Members " and just ..... "Good Old Fashioned Fun"!

GETTING BACK TO THE PRIZES!
One of the things that has concerned me about this giveaway is the fact that now I have;
1. Four different FLIR cameras!
2. Seven talking levels.
3. Nine talking tape measures.
4. A 2009 Blue Hummer when I had specifically stated I wanted a black one!
