What do you think?
Sometimes there are Television news hounds that only look for the bad stuff we have them here too.... however ...that being said ....there is always the chance that a "good old boys network "can be formed in any type of inspection scenario where the bottom line is involved.
I always try to see both sides of these type of newscasts.

I've done a fair number of new construction inspections for buyers in Wylie and other towns in the area. These are final inspections only so all the stuff in the walls is still hidden. I've found plenty of things in those inspections to make me belive the story to be mostly true.

Considering the visual examples they had it looks fairly accurate. There are always two sides to every story, however in this case it looks like both sides might be damning.
