Default Turkey

Well the Air Force decided I must be doing too good with my Home Inspections so they have sent me to Turkey until after the first of the year. I looks like the Turks and Kurds are not getting along so we need to be a buffer for them. I do not think any of these people will ever get along.
I just want to tell all of you Merry Christmass and a Happy New Year.

The Turks or at least the Turkish government is my sworn enemy. I'm originally from Cyprus. Take care of yourself and be safe.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to you!!

Just think, all expenses paid vacation to TURKEY. Why is it that Nassau and St. Thomas can't get along for the holidays.

Mario, I can not have a political opinion on what is going but I think the Kurds need their own place.
I wish Hawaii would act up so I could go their to keep them in check. It was warm in Iraq last year when I was there but it kept raining iron. At least here the rain is water. I will keep my head down and try to have a good Christmas.
I feel it is my duty to do this because I love my country.

Carl

Precisely why I didn't elaborate.
You of all people know about the Cyprus problem. And I know what your thinking Turkey is a NATO country. Maybe it shouldn't be, remember when it would not allow US troops to go to Iraq via Turkey?
I agree with you that the Kurds need a homeland.
When I said to be safe I also included to be safe when interacting with the Turkish population. If you have not been to Turkey before I'm sure your buddies in the AF will fill you in.

You don't have to respond just be safe and come back in one piece for your family!!
