I tell them that my phone numbers are registered with the federal 'no call' list. Then I ask what company they are representing, including full names, and corporate addresses.

They hang up, real quick like

Allways get paid at the time of or prior to the inspection.
Make it clear when booking it.

If they got our numbers off of the NACHI site, can NACHI go after them for unauthorized use of the sight's contents? And does anyone know if we can go after them if we are on the Federal "No Call List"? I don't care about getting anything out of them, just don't call me. If I want their service, I'll call them.
