I do take videos (feature of my digital camera) of anything not easily explained with an accompanying photo an my bestest description...

Keep it simple guys. Remember the client is looking for information. More specifically, negative information which may have an impact on the value of the property. You can bring a five man team to inspect a 5000'sf house in an hour. You can video every inch of the property. You can present a full color binder with 30 pages of boiler plate. You can arrive in a custom painted Hummer with NACHI logos a blaze....

But if you miss the leaky dishwasher, you're going to be in trouble....
