You can bring a five man team to inspect a 5000’sf house in an hour. You can video every inch of the property. You can present a full color binder with 30 pages of boiler plate. You can arrive in a custom painted Hummer with NACHI logos a blaze…
But if you miss the leaky dishwasher, you’re going to be in trouble…
