Not too much I can say as I've been reviewing the site for a few weeks. A few things I still see:

Keywords on the home page are way too repetitive (Google doesn't care, but others do):
<meta name="keywords" content="Coeur d'Alene Home Inspectors,Coeur d'Alene Home Inspections,Coeur d'Alene home inspector,Coeur d'Alene Home Inspection,mold testing" />

The city name needs to change in each phrase and home
inspector/inspection shouldn't been there so often.

Could use a lot more client testimonials. A video testimonial would be
great.

The site needs a photo gallery, including cities of the photo and
whatever issues were found to attract the search engines for phrases
of problems in Russ's area.

The contract and look of the site looks great. I'll look at more when I
have some more time.

First impression here is warm and friendly.
Love the picture with Russ and his daughter

Would like to know who did the logo as it is unique.

Critic in me says warm and friendly is nice for selling Pets, now tell me why I should call other that to invite this nice couple over for dinner and drinks.

You guys got my attention now make me use the call me now button (I dare you)

Why am I already authorizing an inspection before I have time to look over this site as per the very BRIGHT YELLOW authorize your inspection button.

I found it was a link by accident as most links by tradition are in Blue Font.

I say squeeze a few grabber reasons to call before the video as the header does take up half the opener page view.

Great start though, and really do love that logo and pic mix.

Good suggestions, guys; thanks!
I'd declined a video clip, thinking that it may put off some of (us) slower-loading connection people.
I designed the logo, thanks! A friend put it together for me. Wanted the local mountains to resemble roof lines, then the river thru it.
Bob, I'll have to call Jeanne over to view your compliment!

I have to give a lot of the credit to Mike Merino, who transformed my old Grassfrog site into what you see now. He also created the Authorization Form, a first in the industry which is being copied by many now.
Look at my other site he's working on - www.cdaInspector.com - and see how he fulfilled my wishes of an environmental contract ("Authorize Your Test")

Your turn to review Russ,or anyone else for that matter.
Please do not be shy anyone as this can teach us a lot and sure beats all the political cr-p.

http://www.mapii.com/

Too start out this site is a little different and has a strict business image.
Any thoughts?

Already resolved. Jeffrey helped test a few things as I tweaked the theme.

The reasons to hire Russ are right below the slideshow. I think the slide show captures their attention and they see the reasons to hire him. I think it is in a good spot. The reason could be placed above the video, but I think it is 6 of one...half dozen of the other. It can always be changed if need be. Russ directs the client to authorize the inspection after he has sold them the inspection, he wanted a link where he could direct the client to that would be easy to explain and find. Russ has a lot of good ideas, and I think they work well. But, I may be biased, since I did help build it.

Search engines love my zip codes and search engines always index home pages first. plus the page loads faster)

Very nice job with the certifications, but I'd shrink them slightly and make them go 2 across. ( thanks and i put them one across for a reason, that being they load faster and some clients may not have high speed internet)

I'd also add a picture of yourself to make the page more personal and connect with your potential clients. ( plan on it but im not real photogentic so ive put it off)

Add your email address as well. ( Id rather have them call me to book a inspection or ask questions personally. Gawkers can use the message form.)

Change your page URL's to be more relevant, http://downriverhomeinspection.com/contactus.aspx should be something like http://downriverhomeinspection.com/c...inspector.aspx

I'll post on the others as time goes on! Hopefully bumping the thread back up will help some.
Thanks for your opinion.

Can Russ see his own slide show?

I know Mike lives in an area where internet is limited to dial up , meaning the clients would also have a hard time viewing the slide show.

(edit) P.S Nice job Mike.

Add a few photos and that is a descent looking site.

Not much negative to say here ,as it looks very professional though my first comment would be to get rid of the under construction comment near the top.

This site does not look under construction.

The slide show actually fits this site well in appearance as there is plenty of info on first view anyway.

Perhaps the phone number could go a different color to stand out more.
