Vaughn, clients very rarely search by zip codes. They use city names to search. Your home page content is overwhelmed by the zip codes. Also, while there definitely is a point where less is more, Google looks at your home page as it's main point of what your site is about. With so little content, you're not giving it a good enough idea.

2 photos across will not load the page any faster than one across.

The email is up to you. Just remember, some people will only email, especially if they are looking late at night, and you're losing out on that business right now.

I remember you trying to join in on a HIP forum chat last year and having a bad time of it because of your slow connection speed and lack of Broadband in the area.
That is why I asked the question, as I assume your clients would have the same issues with flash.
