Nothing would be wrong with it. But InterNACHI's value proposition to anyone in the inspection profession is border line absurd. www.nachi.org/benefits.htm for $289. We already have thousands of consumer sites out there, www.FindanInspector.us , www.InspectorSEEK.com , www.InspectorLocator.com , www.InspectorNOW.com , etc. On my radio interview http://www.nachi.org/forum/f13/nick-...america-32825/ I promote annual inspections for consumers and pump www.OverSEEit.com Do we really also have to billboard-up the homepage of our main site too?

Nick,

what has happened to the page rankings of the iNACHI owned sites that did market our inspectors? when I used to search or inspectors by town iNACHI owned sites were always in the top 4-5 spots, now you have to go as far as page 4-5 to find the inspectorseek and others.

The fact is that those sites are nowhere, and our best assett this sites home page doesn't look user friendly, it's a quick fix to build a better more retail friendly home page and it's one issue that keeps comming up over and over again.

Regards

Gerry

Alright. Back by popular demand. Someone start a new thread on what they want us to do with InterNACHI's home page and I will do it.

I remember, Greg.

I was in denial until Nick sold out the industry, consumers and inspectors of Kansas for the prospect of (his estimation) an additional 250 members.

You were right and I apologize for the less-than-diplomatic way I rejected your wisdom.

Your expecting things that were never part of the InterNACH agreement and when
Nick would not give you free money to promote your personal political views,
you got mad... so you now crap on the table that he provides you at this forum.

Your mad because you did not get your own way, and you wrap it in the mask
of "you are concerned about the inspectors". What have you done for inspectors?
What? How much have you spent on helping inspectors? Not much.

You are so self righteous and pious. Almost every post you make is all about
positioning yourself as the critic who knows it all, and talks down to
others. Who made you the expert and the voice of InterNACHI? What
gives you the credentials to mock everything and everyone? You never produce
facts when backed into a corner, but only attack, attack, attack. Your
the master of porn slime remarks, witty dry humor and self righteous tirades.

Your a child.

Your a little man with narrow views and spew out the resentments of someone
who is a failure, but will not blame himself.

WHAT AGREEMENT HAS BEEN BROKEN? Please document or shut up.

Don't tell me Nick is your friend either. Your post prove otherwise. Prove what
agreements have been broken.?
Again, John....if I ever want or need your opinion, I will get it directly from Nick. Thanks, anyway.

And Nick your comment that you will not market to Realtors is just like saying you will not market to nurses. Realtors live in houses also.

There is a reason that we don't have any more conventions in Florida. There is a reason why we didn't have a convention at all this year and will probably never have one in the United States again. Look back through the message board and look at all of the people that were once here but are now gone. There is one common denominator to all of them. Nick is the best person I have ever meet for motivating people and then tossing them to the side when they have served their purpose. That list continues to grow with each passing day. Sooner than later he is going to run out of new inspectors and vendors to keep this house of cards going. To be honest I really thought that it would have collapsed all ready. I have been expecting for sometime now to come to this message board and see that it wasn't here anymore.

After writing this yesterday I decided to look around the website and see what is really available to help members. I was shocked when I looked at the link on the left for Business Success Tools. There is so much useful information there that I don't see how a inspector could fail of he/she took advantage if all that is offered.

It was easy for me to get discouraged when all I really do is look at this message board.

I have to admit that some of the statements I made in the quote above were wrong. I made a mistake by assuming that not much was offered to the members. Nick, I apologize for my statements made earlier.

Don't sweat it. If I were an inspector in your market area I'd really have trouble keeping my chin up too. FL was the second to hit bottom and will be the second to come back. S. California already back up.
