Wendy, you should take it as a compliment that this thread has nearly 900 views and four pages.

For those who have personal issues with specific members, or just plain hate certain people here - ignore them. No one automatically deserves respect, nachi membership or not. Respect is earned. However, Wendy has tried to contribute in a variety of ways and effort is certainly to be commended.

I agree with Dale - I am not here to support or deride anyone (well, except RR - he rocks!). I am here to improve myself, educate myself and expand my business. With that in mind, I will return to a call for decorum, and professional behavior.

Humor and education go well together. You have to take your job seriously, but you don't have to take life seriously. These boards are a lot more interesting because they include some spontaneity and some digression.

Those of us who are serious about our work and are here to learn from others and to provide others with the benefit of our experience will continue to do that. The adolescent sqabbling that rears it's ugly little head is a lot more unpleasant than people getting off thread.
