What's a Yahoo slurp spider and why are there so many on the NACHI site?

indexing pages I would guess.....usually spiders visit pages in order to index them into their search directory.

yeah...I think those things get in and run all around indexing...on the sites for a few other companies I own we get the same thing....spiders everywhere.
