My first time around was in early 2003. This board was so enjoyable I couldn't wait to get home and sign in. It was that entertaining and educational. Like you said, Marcel, since most current members were not there they can't relate to what it was like.

Time flies when your having fun. Huh!

No one will know what it was like until they visit the Archives.

That is something I would suggest to all the new Members.

Learn by someone elses' mistake and not by yours. A lot cheaper that way.

A mistake only becomes an error when you don't know how to correct it.

I really don't recall the old message board being devoid of a liberal/sensible people dynamic. [Did I say that? I kid my liberal friends!] Even the cited archival thread has diametrically opposed views.

It seems to me that, if you don't want to see threads you deem objectionable or inappropriate in this forum, it would be a good idea not to comment on them. In three days, they'll be on page 2 where active threads go to die.
