Are u joking? My labtop alone cost 4K. I guess if you want to buy in to the bigger franchises for $24,000 they will set you up with a labtop, copier, printer, fax, phone, camera... You can make this as complacated as you wish but the things in my package will at least get you started.

Yes I was joking Deanna. When you listed the fax and all as being the purchaser's responsibility, I noticed you left out the laptop. That's why there was a little winking guy there.

There are many "Pillar To Post" and "Amerispec" franchise owners in Florida that belong to NACHI.

As a matter of fact, I would go so far as to say that more than 50% of the PTP guys are...and each time we have a event they show up and support NACHI.

"Florida" inspectors who have a PTP or Amerispec franchises have always been NACHI supportive.

I agree with you Harvey. Here in Illinois we also have franchise owners that support NACHI and particularly "Pillar to Post".

The more I think about this endeavor the less I like it. So, NACHI provides a slap in the face of all existing franchise owners that are NACHI members and, even more importantly, slap me, the independent sole proprietor when they provide a competitor to me here in my area. NACHI does this through the benefit of my annual dues. There is something terribly wrong with this picture and I implore Nick & crew to re-think this offer. I can't possibly see how NACHI members can support this.
