Well Tom here I posted this on this board. And peter its not location location location it is commision commision commision.

Greg I own Regional Home Inspectors, Eagle Canyon Construction And Rocky Mountain Realty. And Regional HI does no work for Rocky Mtn Realty never did never will. And as far as our realty site you need to look at before comment ( very common on this board) the only local HI link is nachi member and rr has a link. I had a nachi link but it hurt the business for the other inspector.

My agents when asked do pass out refferal sheets with 8 local inspectors. I tried to get my agents to try nachi inspectorsand this one example.

Inspector got 2 calls from 2 clients on the same day. 1st inspection he said to the client that he SHOULD NOT Buy the house because it was sliding down the hill ( local engineer could not believe the report and said in writing the house is fine) And it took 5 business days to get the report putting his client out of contract. And after 2 calls from client2 and stating I will call you back both time and never did. So this nachi inspector in not on our list. Nachi is a great org. but some of it's are not same at ashi. Just because a deal is killed does not make anybody a deal kiiler but if a deal is broken because of something kike this fist post then it a deal killer. I know this from experance. Sorry I did not mead to hurt anybody and please excuse the spelling.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh Finally "they" (I say they because do we really know who is actually posting at this point?) admit their only concern is their ***** pocket and not their clients. Im sorry, but for me its,.. CLIENTS, CLIENTS, CLIENTS! PERIOD! You guys have too many hands in the cookie jar to even comprehend what an inspection is all about,.. its not about helping the agent get a COMMISSION, its about helping your clients make an informed decision to insure they know what they are sinking their money into. If you cant comprehend that, there is no help for you and you are in the wrong profession. You need to stay in the building field my friend, so I can keep finding your mistakes, it makes me look good!
